Partner
Anne focuses her practice on commercial contracting, privacy, and cybersecurity. She assists clients with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad array of commercial contract types including SaaS agreements, master services agreements and related statements of work, and procurement and supply agreements. Anne also advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity risks and compliance.
Background
Anne is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US). She earned her undergraduate degree from University of Virginia and her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to joining Kaleo Legal, Anne served as commercial counsel for Verizon Communications, specializing in commercial contracts for a variety of wireless, internet, professional services, and other telecom solutions. Prior to joining Verizon, she was counsel for Capital One Financial Corp. focusing on regulatory compliance and privacy and cybersecurity. Anne also previously served as managing contracts counsel for a large US staffing and consulting firm.
In her free time, Anne enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their cat, Buddy.
