Brian A. Wainger

Principal

Although Brian focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, his diverse experiences spanning nearly 30 years practicing law provide a unique background for his work as a true general counsel. He began his career as an Assistant Attorney General and prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Virginia where he prosecuted numerous murder and other high profile violent criminals. From there he joined the commercial litigation department of an AmLaw100 firm where he handled myriad complex commercial litigation matters including securities cases, zoning and construction matters, business disputes of all types, insurance defense and employment matters. In 2004 Brian took a position as the Chief Legal Officer of a NASDAQ listed entertainment company before founding Kaleo Legal in 2009.
